Suitable for brake fluid in the class: DOT3, DOT4 and DOT5.
Also suitable for AC Delco, Pennzoil1, Prestone, Motorcraft and Toyota.

Brake fluid must contain less than 2% water.
LED's with colour coding indicate the water percentage.
Small in size due to the compact housing.
LED colour coding:
- Green: very good, no water
- Green + yellow: in good condition, less than 1% water
- Green + yellow + yellow: replacement recommended, about 2% water
- Green + yellow + yellow + red: replacement recommended, about 3% water
- Green + yellow + yellow + red + red: replace, at least 4% water
Why replace the brake fluid?
- Brake fluid has the ability to attract water
- The brake fluid can become hot, which can cause the water to boil.
- That means air bubbles and as a result: loss of braking power!
- Water in brake fluid also causes corrosion (rust) in the brake system.
- Corrosion has adverse effects such as stuck brake cylinders and leakage.
