Characteristics:
Manual pump is operated by the lever, and this allows precise and slow work, which is useful for secure jobs such as replacing bushings or roller bearings.
Foot operation with mechanical pedal
The base frame, on which all forces come during pressing, is fully welded from 1 solid frame, which adds to the strength and longevity of the press. We use no bolts or screws to assemble the press.
The work table is supported by 4 heavy duty locking pins with safety clips, with the work table resting on the bottom 2 pins. This allows for easier height adjustment of the table without trapping the pins.
Pump with overload valve
Removable cylinder head (inside diameter of the intake: 25 mm). Allows connecting the optional punch set or other press forms and bending knives to the head
Supplied with:
Set of set of V-blocks for straightening or pressing shafts, bars and tubes. Dimensions of a V-block: length 206 mm, width 130 mm, height 105 mm
Pressure gauge with indication of pressing force
Pre-filled with hydraulic oil
Easy assembly: the press is delivered in 1 piece. Only the 2 side support legs are assembled on site
Options:
Set of 8 round punches from 10 to 30mm, for machining bushings, seals, roller bearings, etc. Supplied with adapter.
Hydraulic oil. Oil tank with quantity: 1400 ml.
