Manual and pneumatic operation:
The hydropneumatic pump is controlled by compressed air through a manual valve, providing power and speed during operation. 
Pump with 2 speeds: a high speed when approaching the workpiece unloaded, and a slower speed during pressing. The speed automatically reduces in case of back pressure
The pump can also be operated manually with a lever, for precise and accurate work
The base frame, on which all forces come during pressing, is fully welded from 1 solid frame, which increases the strength and longevity of the press. We use no bolts or screws to assemble the press.
The work table is supported by 4 heavy duty locking pins with safety clips, with the work table resting on the bottom 2 pins. This allows for easier height adjustment of the table without trapping the pins.
Pump with overload valve
Removable cylinder head (inside diameter of the intake: 25 mm). Allows connection of the optional punch set or other press forms and bending knives to the head
Compressed air working pressure: 7.5 to 8.5 bar and air flow rate: 200 l/min  
Compressed air valve with manual operation, and connection with EURO connector
