Examples of infrared drying:
Infrared lamps can greatly shorten a spray painting project by speeding up the drying times of the various layers and finishes.
The recommended curing times below are a reference, based on 3 lamps, at a distance of 40cm from the workpieces. The surface temperature will be approximately 100°C.
Filler      6-8 minutes
Base coat       6-8 minutes
Primer           7-9 minutes
Clearcoat      8-10 minutes
Please note that many factors can affect the actual curing time, such as humidity, paint color, shape of the object, distance to the IR lamp, etc.
The paint can crack or peel if it dries too quickly. Preheat the paint for 2-3 minutes in PULSE mode, then in ROUTINE for regular curing
