Manual and pneumatic operation:
The hydropneumatic pump is controlled by compressed air through the foot pedal, and provides power and speed while working. No manual force is required.
Pump with 2 speeds: a high speed when approaching the workpiece unloaded, and a slower speed during pressing. The speed automatically reduces in case of back pressure
The pump can also be operated manually with a lever, for precise and accurate work
The base frame, on which all forces come during pressing, is fully welded from 1 solid frame, which increases the strength and longevity of the press. We use no bolts or screws to assemble the press.
The work table is supported by 2 heavy duty locking pins with safety clips, with the work table resting on the pins. This allows easier height adjustment of the table without trapping the pins.
Pump with overload valve
Removable cylinder head (inside diameter of the intake: 25 mm). Allows connecting the optional punch set or other press forms and bending knives to the head (art 754758311)
Compressed air working pressure: 7.5 to 8.5 bar and air flow rate: 200 l/min
Compressed air valve with manual operation, and connection with EURO connector

Pneumatic foot pedal for operation with compressed air
